Frequently Asked Questions

Waxing services are offered for various areas of the body including arms, legs, underarms, bikini area, and face. High quality, fragrance free wax is used to ensure comfort for even the most sensitive skin.

First, let your hair grow!  It needs to be roughly 1/4" long for the wax to be able to adhere to the hair, which is about 2 weeks without shaving.  Prepare your skin by keeping a consistent exfoliating routine prior to your appointment.   This will help avoid having hair left that is trapped under the skin. 

Avoid wearing makeup or body oils to your appointment. 

Wear loose fitting clothing for the area to be waxed.  This will avoid discomfort and friction after your service. 

While it is possible to shave in between waxing appointments, it is not recommended as it can disrupt the hair growth cycle and affect the effectiveness of the waxing. To maintain smooth skin and optimal results, it is recommended to avoiding shaving and sticking to a regular waxing schedule.

Out of respect for the nature of services provided and the shared office setting:

• Children are not permitted in the studio at any time.
• This includes bringing another adult to supervise children during your appointment.
• For safety and liability reasons, children cannot be left unattended in the building.
• If you arrive with a child, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and will be considered a late reschedule per the cancellation policy.

Due to services needing full attention and the space not being set up for childcare, this policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.
